For the Presentations

For papers accepted as Orals for the Presentation at the conference:

- Each oral presentation is scheduled to 20 minutes, including 5 minutes of Q&A.

- Oral presenters must bring their personal USB drives to copy the PPT files onto the conference computers by noon on the day of the presentation.

- Oral presenters must prepare a personal introduction (approximately 100 words) in hard copy (either handwritten or printed).

- Conference computers will be provided in each oral session room with pre-loaded presentation files. Oral presenters are required to be in the session room 15 minutes before the start of their sessions to report to the session chair, submit their personal introduction and check their presentation files in the conference computers.

- Recommended to use the provided Oral Presentations template.
