IEEE PEDG 2025 Student Travel Grant Application Announcement

The IEEE Power Electronics Society's Sustainable Energy Systems Committee (TC5) is pleased to offer 15 Travel Grants for graduate and undergraduate students attending IEEE PEDG 2025 in Nanjing, China, from June 22nd to June 25th, 2025. This initiative, supported by IEEE PELS TC5, aims to subsidize travel costs for students (up to $800 per person for 9 students traveling from outside of the China and up to $300 per person for 6 students from other regions in China far from Nanjing).

Eligibility Criteria

-The recipients must be students studying outside of China or other regions in China far from Nanjing, and they must be enrolled in power electronics courses at an accredited institution.

-The applicant must be an IEEE PELS Student Member (undergraduate or graduate).

-The recipients must be authors or co-authors of a paper that has been accepted for presentation at PEDG 2025.

-The recipients must attend PEDG 2025 and submit expense receipts to the committee for reimbursement.

- Applications must be submitted and received by the committee by May 31st, 2025.

-The recipients will be notified by the committee by June 6th, 2025.
